About BlackZero
We started BlackZero because every existing tool either ignored BIR's CAS/EIS requirements or treated them as an afterthought. The compliance infrastructure that Philippine businesses need was not available in any product designed for them.
Why we exist
When BIR's electronic invoicing mandate expanded beyond large taxpayers, it created a compliance gap for the hundreds of thousands of Philippine SMEs and their accounting firms. The existing tools — QuickBooks, Xero, local accounting software — did not hold ASP accreditation and could not transmit EIS data to BIR.
The registration process itself was a further obstacle. Preparing a compliant CAS Annex B packet requires understanding specific BIR technical requirements. For a business owner, this is opaque. For an accounting firm managing 30 clients, it is a significant operational burden without tooling that understands the per-taxpayer registration model.
BlackZero is the answer to both problems: the CAS registration packet generation and the EIS transmission pipeline, designed from the ground up for Philippine compliance — not imported from a foreign market and annotated for BIR requirements.
What we stand for
We state exactly what we hold and what we don't. The Compliance page is the source of truth. We update it when our accreditation status changes — not the marketing copy.
BIR's Annex B requirements are first-class engineering specifications in BlackZero, not boxes checked during QA. Every compliance invariant has an automated test that fails on violation.
Wholesale rates for accounting firms are published. We do not contact your clients about pricing. Your margin is your business.
The team
Team profiles coming soon. BlackZero is built by a small team of engineers and compliance specialists based in the Philippines.
BIR's e-invoicing mandate takes effect 31 December 2026. BlackZero generates your registration packet in under 10 minutes.
